Concrete reference targets for what Janus should and shouldn't feel like. Goal: replace abstract knob-tweaking with "make it feel like this." Drop a screenshot into screenshots/ and add a card below — label each lands (yes, this direction), partial (some of it), or miss (deliberately not this).

How to add a reference (when ready): drop a PNG/JPG into /opt/erp/agents/design-lead/outputs/references/screenshots/ on the server (e.g. mercury-dashboard.png), then add a <div class="card"> block in this file with a thumbnail <img>, product name, one-line "what to notice," and a verdict tag. Or just send me the image + your reaction and I'll wire it up.
